Part of that is an impressive stock of raw products such as cast bodies, impellers and other mechanical parts as well as accessories. This valuable stock combined with the archived individual manufacturing drawings backed by more than 60 years of know-how puts us in a position of always being able to support our customers quickly and for the long term.

With every delivered pump, we provide a technical profile. This puts us in the position of being able to reproduce exactly the pump or parts of it.
The Documentation Department can, if needed, provide all the technical basics for the long-distance diagnosis of a malfunction – on every pump!

As a result of an extension of the legally required warranty deadline, you gain security and avoid production downtime.
We maintain a big replacement parts warehouse. For pumps with special hydraulics or special pumps, it can be advisable to arrange a warranty extension with us. This obligates us to stock up on important component parts (pump bodies, impellers, etc.) and increases the security of your production process.
